Update:  Effective February 1, 2012 our lunch with students procedures will NO longer be implemented.  Parents may not have lunch in the cafeteria at any time except with the express invitation by the principal for an event.

On behalf of the Children’s Book Council:
Do you like to vote?  Take a minute and vote for your favorite books!  The Children’s Book Council and the Children’s Choice Book Awards Program are encouraging young people to vote for their favorite books, author, and illustrator now through May 3rd.  Last year, 500,000 children and teens voted for their favorite books, authors, and illustrators.  This year, our goal is 1 million votes.  This is a really great initiative to get kids reading and, more than that, excited about books. The book list for voting is included in the CCBA Finalist Announcement document.  Parents, you can help your children vote online through our website (www.bookweekonline.com).
