Chessie's Bio

Chessie the tiger is our school mascot.  Chessie does not like to talk about his age, but he has been with our school for a long time.  He loves to demonstrate “Paw Pride” and especially likes giving “Paw Pride High Fives” to Chesapeake Terrace students.  Chessie is known to show up at a number of school events such as assemblies, Sports Day, Jump-A-Thons or even a class picnic.  In his spare time Chessie enjoys reading, working out, dancing and hanging out with his mascot friends like Sneaks, the Oriole bird and Edgar, Allen and Poe from the Ravens.  If you see Chessie remember to show your “Paw Pride” by giving him a hug or a “Paw Pride Five”!
