Volunteer Guidelines

Relay Elementary has enjoyed the support of many parents in a variety of volunteer roles. We encourage your involvement in Relay’s school programs. Baltimore County School Policy now requires that all parents who wish to volunteer in the school building, and on field trips, must complete the volunteer training program. State law requires that all volunteers be trained annually in Child Abuse and Neglect policies and procedures. This training program is approximately 20 minutes long, and will be administered by Mrs. Denise Campbell, school counselor. An application must be on file for each volunteer, and each applicant must review a video.

Please Refer to the Relay ES Calendar for upcoming training for 2009-2010. An additional evening training has also been added for OCTOBER 13TH AT 6PM.
