Fourth Grade Supply List
2007-2008
o One 2 inch 3 ring loose leaf binder (no plastic rings)
o 5 dividers for notebook sections (please do not label)
o Wide line notebook paper in each section (keep extra at home for replenishing)
o Two pocket folders with three prongs
o One book cover. Keep at home until books are sent home to be covered. Grocery bag covers are fine. Do not use self-adhesive book covers.
o One ruler which is marked with both inches and centimeters - for home use
o One compass (with radius measurement markings) – for home use
o One protractor (to measure angles) – for home use
o One large box of tissues for the classroom
o One box of gallon sized zipper lock plastic bags
o One 8-ounce container instant hand sanitizer
o $12.00 ($7.00 for planner and $5.00 for Time for Kids! subscription) – in an envelope labeled with name
o One plastic or cloth pencil case for the front of the binder which will include:
o three #2 sharpened pencils (keep additional pencils at home to replenish the supply during the year)
o two red ink ball point pens
o three blue ink erasable ball point pens
o one set of (sharpened) colored pencils
o glue stick
o scissors
o one yellow highlighter
o reinforcements
o eraser

Please: Mark all items with your child’s name (except tissues and hand sanitizer).
Send in supplies on the first day of school.
Check on supplies throughout the year. Many supplies will need to be replenished.
