A Message from the Administration

We are dedicated to the task of increasing the achievement of every student at Scotts Branch Elementary School.  The Baltimore County Public School Blueprint for Progress is our framework for improving student achievement.  Our goal is to function as a professional learning community with students, parents/guardians, faculty, staff and community working together to ensure the success of all of our students.
