The mission of Westchester Elementary School is to provide a quality education for all students--one that develops the skills, abilities, and attitudes that will enable them to succeed now and in the future.

Westchester Elementary School  is in the Baltimore County School District and serves Kindergarten through 5th grade.  We are located in Catonsville, Maryland, not far from historic Ellicott City.
