Bridge Center School Counseling Department

The school counselors welcome you to the Bridge Center. We are here to assist the students in many ways and our goals are to work within the vision, mission and goals of the Bridge Center. We help develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to launch a foundation for learning, concentrating on the social/ emotional, academic and career components of our students. We set our standards according to the American School Counselor Association.

Many of our students have had interrupted learning and we are one of the supports that help them return to their home school successfully.

Some of the services we offer include:

• Counseling: individual, group
• Consultation: With teachers, home school counselors, parents/guardians, social workers and community agencies.
• Classroom Guidance: this includes personal development, substance abuse education and other relevant topics.
