FRANKLIN TEACHER INDUCTED INTO MCDANIEL COLLEGE HALL OF FAME

 

Becky Martin, Haley’s former basketball coach at McDaniel, knew she had something special in her recruit. “Katie was capable of playing above the Division III level, but we were so glad and lucky she chose to pursue [her] athletic career at McDaniel. [She] was one of the most versatile and dominant all-around athletes I’ve coached in my 28 years at McDaniel/Western Maryland,” Martin said.

Haley also played four years of field hockey at McDaniel.

“I really enjoyed my time there and I can truly say that my experiences changed me tremendously,” Haley said.
