WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAM
This summer's weight training program is being held at tow sites. Franklin High School and Velocity Sports.
Weight Training will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays throughout the summer at both morning
and
early afternoon sessions. Speed and Agility Training will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Velocity Sports
starting on July 22nd. Please read the following attachments for details.
