TEACHER
LIBRARY CARDS
I have applications for the teacher library loan card in the library. The details are below…see me for an application.
What are the benefits of a Teacher Loan Card? The Teacher Loan card makes it easier than ever for you to bring the resources of the library to your students! Here are the basics:
-
Loan period is six weeks.
-
DVDs, video games and new adult fiction cannot be checked out to a Teacher Loan Card.
-
No renewals needed or allowed, as they are already built into the six-week loan period.
-
Registration is annual; library cards expire August 31 of each year.
-
No fines charged for overdue items.
-
If holds are not picked up, they will be subject to the $1.00 per item Not Picked Up (NPU) fee.
-
All other rules and procedures apply the same as with your personal library card. A librarian at the Information Desk can assist you with any questions about the use of the Teacher Loan Card.
