Music students perform at Golden Ring Middle
The Honors Chorale and the Concert Band performed at Golden Ring Middle School on March 5th from 9:10 a.m. until 12:40 p.m. This performance was to gain the interest of those students who will transition to Overlea and would like to become a part of one of the performance groups.

The Honors Chorus will also be participating in the Choral Assessment for Baltimore County on March 12, 2008 at 5:30 p.m. The event will take place at Dundalk Middle School.

In addition , the Honors Chorus and Mixed Chorus will be background singers for the spring production of "The Wiz." The show will take place April 10th thru 12th.

Congratulations, Aaron!
If you see Mr. Ladd's student, Aaron B. (9th grader), congratulate him on his selection as an alternate for the Baltimore County Honors Band on TUBA.  This is by audition and very competitive. Aaron worked very hard, coming for individual lessons several times a week after school for the month prior to the audition. Some of the students he was auditioning against are one and two time Maryland All-State Band performers.
