Last Year's Brags

Days of hard work in the hot sun by Overlea students produced this lovely roundstone garden.

OHS Grounds Beautification Project
The following students worked diligently on a grounds beautification project that really spruced up the rear outside entrance to Overlea High School. Tom B., Billy F., Leigha C. and Matt T. - aided and abetted by librarian Bruce Ickes - designed and built a raised, round stone garden on a grassy spot besides the rear entrance on the ground floor. The students then planted herbs in the garden and shrubs and flowers along both sides of the walk leading from the entrance. It looks beautiful!

Honor Roll Breakfast

Overlea students who earned Honor Roll status were treated to a breakfast
during which they received certificates, ate a delicious breakfast, and listened to a key note speaker and OHS principal, Penny Parker
