A parent/guardian needs to bring the medicines to school with a physican's order. |

Any remaining medicine must be picked up by the parent/guardian or it will be destroyed. |

Medicine must come in a pharmacy prepared labeled bottle. |

Over-the-counter medications have to be accompanied by a physician's order. |

In the absence of a physician's order, a parent/guardian can come to school and administer the medication. |

Discretionary medicines: A small supply of over the counter medications is kept in the health suite. The administration of these medicines requires a signed parent/guardian. |
