Expectations for Students

We are committed to providing a smooth close to every school year, which includes the 2008-2009 school year.  In that regard, we have worked hard with our AMS Leadership team and our Student Council Association to create a variety of end of the year extracurricular activities to culminate the end of the school year.  In that regard, please note that we have delineated very clear expectations for students.  By clicking the link below, you will gain access to a sample class letter.  In that letter, you will see some of the academic, behavioral, and attendance standards we have created to promote a successful close to the 2008-2009 school year.  Please note that all students will participate in a class meeting and/or individual section meetings, receive a class expectation letter, and receive multiple a Connect Ed call from me prior  to implementation of the tenets delineated in the class letter.  ALL students received a “fresh start”  fourth quarter.  Our goal is 100% participation in each gradePlease note that all school expectations regarding dress and behavior are applicable for participation in the end of the year field trips and assemblies.  Please refer to the AMS student and parent handbook for the clearly delineated dress and behavior expectations.

Thank you in advance for your support!  Please remember our expectations are in accord with our AMS Eagles P.R.I.D.E. (I am prepared; I am responsible; I have integrity; I am diligent: I give and earn respect).

Go Eagles!
