The Goals of the World Language Teachers are:
|
- to enable students to comprehend common expressions and structures used in everyday situations.
|
- to enable students to participate in verbal exchanges on familiar topics to develop the ability to use the target language.
|
- to provide students with the tools necessary for comprehending essential information in short written materials.
|
- to provide students with the tools for writing to convey personal and factual information.
|
- to assist students in the learning of geography and cultural heritage in order to develop an appreciation of the individuals who speak the target language.
